    I heard that he was non stop using coke and heroin since he was 15 or 16 while Mike didn't use anything when he was with Cus and Rooney who were constantly with him.Tyson was clean until Bruno and Spinks.But I think he was neber using anything for Tillis,Holmes etc.
    I think if Thomas trained as hard as Buster Douglas for Tyson, he would have big chance of beating Mike and he had a good trainer Angelo Dundee who trained few guys that went distance with Tyson.

    Thomas wasn’t just some junkie during his best years. He would’ve had a lot more off nights if that were true. He started boxing in order to get clean.

    Mike got into the club scene in the 80s. I don’t know exactly when drugs/alcohol became an issue.

    I heard that Mike did drugs before Cus but just weed nothing more than that.

    Mike was extremely poor when he was younger. Not sure how he'd have the money for all these drugs he was supposedly taking before he became a PPV attraction. Cus also watched him like a hawk and was a control freak. Tyson might have dabbled in some drugs here and there when he was younger, but there's no way he was a full blown junkie trying half a dozen or more drugs when he had his full team assembled.

    It is a very dangerous fight for Thomas.His defense has always been suspect but he did have an excellent chin. At his very best, I think Pinklon could pull this off.But I would not bet on it

    Pinklon outjabs the much taller Wilder than crashes home a right hand for the KO. Thomas is the much better catcher (ie chin) in this matchup.

    True.And about the money, Mikre was a thug and a thief, stealing from people so that's how he got money for drugs.
    But there is no way he was taking that under Rooney let alone Cus.
