Of course one can't respect the judge's decision when the underesving man walked out with the win. Thats some real dumb **** you are saying. Most people in the world truly believe that it was Marquez who won that fight and that includes very respected analysts in the sport. All you can say now is "respect the judge's decision" because thats all you got. Tell the same thing to the many other posters here who believe they witnessed other robberies and don't hold back in speaking out about them, they'll shut you up for sure.:hi:
yep, that's whats it. he did catch a lot of flak in the philippines because there were numbers of journalist who have scored it for marquez around the score of 114-113 but none of them went to the extent of saying that it was a robbery and needs an investigation. the most significant of them is an article written by pac himself (yes, he wrote his own article) seemingly hurt that after his hard-earned narrow victory, a filipino in recah wants an investigation and doubts that he won it fair. recah have thought well and long about this redeeming article without compromosing much his earlier stand. but i think it's really pathetic passing the blame on some of his friends when he said that he himself does not call for that investigation in the first place. :-( the philippine crew that commentated here was made up of two veteran commentators chino (recah's son) and quinito. most of their experience was covering basketball but have some experience covering boxing from time to time if had a chance. the third one is nonito donaire. after 12 rounds of fight, donaire and chino scored it 114-113 for marquez while quinito scored it 114-113 for pac. i believe, they've influence the scoring here on how they react. example is round 1 when donaire and chino scored it for marquez beacuse of that single punch that marquez landed clearly. i myself scored it for marquez the first time because of their reaction but after rewatching the round, it was a clear round for pac with most of marquez' shot blocked beautifully and pac have more connections than marquez. after several days, nonito donaire said in some interview that he miscalculated ( and i believe in him because he seems to be not keeping a round by round score during the live coverage). none of the pinoy crew went to the extent that this fight was a robbery. the feeling of the crew before the announcement is something like of uncertainty (anxiety) because they knew that this was a real close fight but what matters is what the judges see. based on their reactions, they seemed happy but not surprised that pac won.
I think that journalist has been criticising Pac for while now and in the JMM fight, this journalist saw something he can capitalise on. Pac was hurt not because some people thought JMM won but because this guy is using this situation to get back to him. Divac, Pac has reached a level of stardom in his country and every single thing he says is quoted and scrutinised by so many people. If you do the same to JMM, I am sure yu can find a lot of thing to talk about as well.
Oh! I see! It seems you agree with Divac, that JMM really NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER really lost. And all his lost was because the jugde was corrupt! Can't argue with somebody who thinks that way..... oh by the way! all the wins of JMM was an honest judge correct!?! while the few D's and L's were all corrupt?!atsch One's thing for sure who can't wake up to reality FOR ALL JMM's fight! W = Means honest judge D or L = Means corrupt judge atsch :huh atsch :huh
