Pins and needles/general lack of blood in my hands when using the heavy bag?

    It is clear that the problem is that the bag is not hard enough for him the bones in his hands can not cope with the immense pressure being put on the bag.

    Usually this sort of problem starts at the source of the line. Your upper Back and shoulder, restricting movement, try this little number will Help. If you struggle with it theres the problem. Keep the arms locked all the timehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DqxzN18rcV0

    Tito Ortiz says he got this sort of thing but he had a trapped nerve in his neck. Could be small issue or big issue. Go to the doc.

    I had this for a while with new gloves, but that was because they were too small.

    You should get some wraps or some of those inner gloves that some people wear- if only to make the gloves fit better
