Just did a bit of reading on the great Serjey Tatevosyan.

Serjey is a very unlucky fighter. Just saw a nice clip on youtube. He defeinetely was robbed against Bute. And against Dmitry Pirong. Losses to the great Khoren Gevor and Howard Eastmen should not be held against him.

Even if you put a lot of effort into it, no Froch fan can defend his resume. Which clearly shows hes yet to face a top 25 fighter, and hes 31, with 22 fights.

I would rather be a Mundine supporter then a Froch supporter any day of the week.

While one has been fighting chumps recently. At least he has been in their with world class opponents before. The other has shown no interest in fighting anyone decent until the last 2 months. And he continues to try make a name of himself off the back of the great Joe Calzaghe.

 

Josey, i usually agree with a lot u say, but for **** sake, if u take anything from the ottke fight then your kidding. Let me tell u now, Mundine had a lot of self doubt back then which prevented him from sparring. He went into his first 11 fights with no sparring, just pad work. Absolutely crazy. No Ametuer career and no sparring. Was his chin exposed, yes, absolutely, but can u honestly say that u think Ottke would have won a rematch at the time he retired? No way. The Otkke fight in regards to Mundines career is a myth the haters like to harp on. Gee, there's heaps of other things people could use against him, and rightly so, but this Ottke **** does my head in.

I think he didnt want to spar anyone becaue the seasoned fighters out here would have wanted to kill him, so he just relied on his natural talent.

 

BTT & Smello , you both caim differing stories here . Smello mate you say he had ZERO sparring in his 12 fights leading up to the Ottke fight and BTT ( Mundine Camp ) claim he lost because he was tired after sparring his dad all night pre fight :huh ,,,which one is it lads ?

 

If u call light taps in a motel room sparring, then he sparred.

Love taps :huh you told everyone the other day Mundine was fatigued in the Ottke fight because he was sparring his father the night before , anyway he lost its ancient history , moving on has the Strum fight been signed yet ? or will Mundine have another ,another warm up for it , why ain't he going after Geale ( Not that i think Geale is in his class ) to secure the IBO trinket ? it would give him more leverage when it come to negotiations between him and Strum etc , one thing is obvious he will have to return to Kraut land to get a fight with Strum .
