This courtesy of a poster called 'Obama' from the USA - posted in another forum today: Mundine won't be the First Pioneer afterall by Obama - 3rd Feb 2011 So Anthony Mundine thought he'd be the first person to win titles in 3 divisions in reverse, even though 2 of the titles weren't recognized and the last one wasn't even a world title at all. This content is protected Turns out he must have clearly meant guy, as a woman had done it a year before him, with legitimate world titles no less. Her name is Ramona Kuehne, and I just watched her fight with Dahiana Santana. She's kind of a stiff boxer with a hunch back but she aint half bad. They call her "The Dragon". Anyways she won the WIBF title first at Super Lightweight, then Lightweight, then Junior Lightweight. She even attempted to go for the near undisputed crown at Featherweight but got stopped on a cut by the then unbeaten Ina Menzer (who we have a career thread on here). This content is protected That was the only loss of her career. She then went back up to SFW and unifed the titles, defending them once since. Pretty good career. She's only 31 now. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?hum...3035&cat=boxer
yeah she is.anyway dont think Mundine will win a title at 154 anyway.whoevers idea it was to attempt it was obviously only trying to put a positive spin for his ducking Kessler 168,Golovkin,Geale rematch 160.its wrecked him and hes been beaten by someone no disrespect to Garth who he should of wiped the floor with.stupidity triumphing over common sense.still i thought he would go running back to league after the Ottke loss so it might happen.
