Pipino Cuevas vs. Beau Jack

    Welter/Light fight. 10 rounds. This would be a sell out for any arena.

    Wow tuff call. Jack would be right infront of Cuevas. That would be his down fall.

    I saw the great Beau Jack at his peak several times...His sole nemesis
    was Ike Williams..Beau just couldn't beat Ike...Cuevas was a great left hook artist, but at the same weight Beau Jack who was a non-stop
    punching machine, would overwhelm Cuevas, just as Beau Jack did
    against the deadly left hooking Al Bummy Davis in 1944 ,which I saw at MSG...Just 2 weeks earlier Bummy Davis flattened future great lightweight champion Bob Montgomery in one round with left hooks..Beau Jack
    too busy and durable for Cuevas.Beau by dec.

    Pipino would send BJ into early retirement, where Beau's first order of business would be getting reconstructive surgery on his badly broken face.
