    The boxing magazines of that era were always "split" on this one.

    I think Carlos gets thru a shakey start and outboxes Pipino over
    15 rounds.

    Before Cuevas fought Hearns,I'd have probably picked him;since Hearns,I'd take Palomino without much trouble.

    I remember many people were calling for this fight. I thought Palomino would edge out a clear decision back then, and I still do...
