I really don't think Cuevas would be able to nail him, but I think that Pac would have no trouble scoring on him. I think Pac's speed and dynamic combination punching would force a stoppage after 8 rounds. Guys like Pac or Napoles would be deadly poison for Pipino..guys who would make him pay dearly for wild misses with deadly accuracy and effective power of their own, esp. Napoles, but Pac would get the job done too. The new and improved Pacman of the past 3 years or so of course.

Yes..Pac is amazing..he's so fast and so effective with damaging combinations, and though Cuevas was an enormaous puncher, he missed badly at times and left himself wide open, and usually his opponents were either too slow on the draw or they didn't hit hard enough to bother him. In Pacquiao however, you have a super fast, deadly puncher ready to attack from all sorts of angles. I think you would have seen the smaller but vastly more talented man capitalize on misses by Cuevas to deadly effect. A 4th or 5th round tko for Pac..with a defenseless Cuevas hitting the deck once and subjected to a brutal follow up beating. Cuevas would never connect one of his bombs on Manny.
