These guys are being kind and debating with you.:good They will find out the "real" you REAL soon. #Knowledgelimited
So which performance of Maciel made you think that "he'd do a number of Andrade"? Like I said, his career highlight was arguably being robbed against Brian Rose and not getting KO'd against Pirog. You belittle Andrades wins, but name one win Maciel has that comes anywhere near beating Vanes.
Lederman had it even and Manny Steward was doing his usual flip flopping around although he hedged his bets on that one by saying Andy Lee had tipped Pirog from the outset.
#f**whouseshashtags yet claims he's in his 40's. Limerickbox knows me well and respects me as a poster which is why he's debating me, and I generally respect him on some things as well, we just happen to see things differently occasionally. You on the other hand are the epitome of a racist troll who does nothing but hate on Eastern Europeans and hype black fighters. That is the only purpose you serve on these forums.
Pirog was a level above the Quillins, Lees, and Jacobs of the world, but he would just be another GGG victim. Jacobs didn't prove much by winning by ko1 yesterday. I can still easily see him losing to a guy like Lemieux.
A few years ago Maciel would be a handful and would push Andrade to the brink and possibly stop him, now of course he'd probably lose, stuff like that happens in the sport constantly, a guy looks stellar against some opponents and looks terrible against others, Algieri didn't look as impressive in winning against Bone last night than he did in almost beating Amir Khan. I just see Maciel as a potentially bad style for Andrade. And if we start playing that game. Max Maxwell & Carson Jones>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Andrade.
Who did Maciel ever look stellar against? I'm wondering where you get this view that Maciel is anything more than a journeyman
It seems you missed or forgot this bit: I'm not talking about the Maciel that fought Gonzalez beating Andrade. I mean the Maciel of a couple of years ago that fought in the eliminator to meet Andrade, only to get hosed in Yorkshire. It wasn't pretty and wasn't the best night for Maciel aesthetically - nor did he outclass Rose or anything, it was admittedly close - but he did clearly deserve the nod IMO. Around then he was still - even given that bad night with Rose - a stylistic threat for Andrade. I'm not sure how you don't see that. Boo-Boo has tons of flaws that I've been anticipating seeing exploited for years now, and Maciel before his abrupt half-life expiration in the last year or so (Maciel 2013 doesn't lose to a Gonzalez) was the sort that could probably have done it.
