Plant blows. THey fixed the fight vs Uzagheghi or w/e his name was . It was obvious. Dude had plant winded and busted up, but was pulling his punches and never pressed the action. PBC paid dude off to take an L.
Ya I cant argue too much here... I feel these are indeed issues. The only silver lining here is, he seems like a relatively intelligent individual with a decent boxing iq, Id hope hes aware of some of these skill and style flaws and are working on them behind the scenes. But yes I agree on a lot of those points.
its a great accomplishment but it feels predetermined, I think the guys I listed are more interesting fights
Overall though, I tend to feel he gets too much shtick. Hes a solid fighter even with these flaws, and tge combination of his age, size, skill, momentum and motivation will make for an intriguing opponent, imo.
I agree with you that this is a much more complicated and tougher fight for Canelo than people realise.
