Saunders is bigger, taller and has faster feet than Canelo. Canelo also gave him a huge ring. Despite all this, Saunders' punch accuracy was 21% against Canelo.. The same thing will happen to Plant. Plant is at his prime unlike Saunders but I don't think that his punch accuracy will surpass 20%. Even slick out-boxers hit the air against Canelo. Others are Trout, Jacobs etc.. Thoughts?
plant has good timing. I expect if he makes the final bell he will have prob won 7 or 8 rounds. Plants problem has always been that he marks up easy and wears down as the fight goes on and has hand issues. If canelo doesnt stop plant expect a robbery and his fans to repeat whatever the announcers are conditioning casuals to believe.
Trout hit air but many believe trout won that fight. I had canelo up a point after he dropped trout and then he gassed himself out trying to stop him and trout ended up winning all the last rounds of the fight cuz canelo did nothing.
I scored Trout fight 115-113 for Canelo. Trout was ahead on the total punches but Canelo landed far cleaner power punches. Also, his punch accuracy was better than Trout. Trout tried too many punches and missed too many too. Most eye-catching punches and defensive skills were on Canelo side. Canelo's problem were stamina and Trout's jab. Classic Canelo..
