Plant would give canelo problems

Canelo breaks that body up and stops a wilting Plant late.

 

Canelo would never fight plant. Just as he wouldn’t fight hurd, andrade, bjs, Smith, or benevidez.
Canelo doesn’t want a challenge anymore. The last time he took a challenge was vs Lara and those who understand boxing know how that turned out.
Canelo won’t fight unless he has a significant advantage, size, two judges, a ref, fighters who will accept big paydays and spar with him, rehydration clauses.
Canelo is all that is wrong with the sport.
Step up and take a challenge!

 

Plant has some serious skills. He uses his length well and sees punches better than most. That being said, his stamina needs a lot of work.

 

Stamina, stamina, stamina and more stamina then he can make it interesting, I thought for sure he was going to get stopped but he showed great heart. Yep I’m a fan now.

 

Canelo stops Plant in my opinion.

 

I’m a big Plant fan but I think he needs a little more experience with 12 round fights before taking on Canelo. That money would be hard to turn down though.

 

Only the 2nd time. Think they said on TV he’d only had 82 or so rounds before the fight last night, not ideal along with the injuries he’s had.

 

His second one I think but could be wrong as that would be a shocker

 

Unfortunately, Canelo would be the one doing the schooling.

I like Plant as a fighter, he showed heart and decent skill in his fight last night but Canelo is a different beast altogether. I wouldn't wish Canelo on him at this point because it would be a serious beatdown.

A ggg sparring match or a bum rocky fielding with a 10lbs rehydration clause. Canelo ain’t about to take a risky fight period.
