Its a punchbag. Thats like trying to ascertain whether a guys agood footballer based on kicking a ball against the wall. He looks ok hitting the bag but thats no indication of his boxing ability and I think he's running round the bag too much.
its ok to carry your hand low sometimes to intise your opponent to throw punches so you can counter, but i recomend when you get in close for your body shots get your hands up and elbows in to protect yourself from your opponents shots. I also think you were moving around to much, it seemed to make you tired towards the end, instead off jumping around like crazy for 3 minutes plants your feet and use pivots and steps more instead of jumping around.
RAW but theres stuff that can be done. The jab is ok but like many of the punches thrown there is no punch perfection.ie turning the shots over in time to land correctly. or having smooth delivery with the leverage an timing of the body and arm Together. There are many points where the fella doesnt throw the jab to get inside for his left hook to the body.He doesnt even faint and hes already in range to be taken out. Though there are some points where theres a little head movement but......... Never after a combination or a single shot.He just stands there afterwards most of the time.I did see him move out of range maybe twice. WAYS to save energy; Move only when needed. Dont bounce. After a combination or burst throw strictly straight shots for a few seconds. They take less from you. Also f the guy can watch Bernard hopkins he will see that he throws a high guarded jab with his chin tucked in nice. Its powerful cus bhop pushes from his feet! He doesnt draw his shoulder back to generate power. He just pushes off his back foot to step in with a stiff highly guarded jab. This jab is best used when your tired and you want to let the opponent you still mean business . It can also be used inbetween the fast jab, touch jab and faint to confuse him! GOODLUCK
