Your technique isn't bad for 6 classes, but you are developing bad habits as we speak. Most notably your jab being lazy, you retract it low and too slow. You also have a habit of patting the bag after every punch, stop doing that. On the upside your straight punches are straight, something you don't see often in boxing noobs. Your hook to the body got its power from hip and upper body rotation, which is good also. I'd say get back in the gym and continue improving, you really do need a gym to get anywhere.
RDJ thank you for your feed back, its impressive that you can point those things out, cause after i read this i went back and watched my videos, and your so right, its nuts, cause i dont even know im developing these bad habbits, when i doing them, i def plan im getting back to the gym soon, im moving out to chicago soon! thanks again happy new yr
You cant see if you're stepping with every punch so can't critique on your footwork. I thought you were a little square, keep the left shoulder a little more forward. Not sure if it was the bag or not but you punched just a little downward, and try to work on getting your full range.
You want it so that you can always take a step and reach him, but so that he cant throw a punch and hit you without also taking a step (ideally giving you a split second to react appropriately.)
