Ima throw this one out there......I think Floyd's not fighting right now because he's hurt physically but of course his ego wont let him admit it. That's really where "most" of these excuses are coming from. His skill level is more than enough to beat Pac but he's afraid his body might not hold up. Call me crazy but that's what I believe.
:good I believe that highlighted part of your post. That's why I'm finding it hard to believe that the guy is making excuses why the fight won't happen. :-(
floyd already answered this himself. he is on vacation and has no urge to fight. he is chilling around probably waiting for the pacquiao storm to pass by.
Pac has a good chance of beating him and obviously he knows that. He doesn't want a loss on his record. But he knows he'll look even worse if he comes back to fight anybody else. So, in his mind, his choices are: 1. Fight Manny and risk losing his 0 or 2. Fight somebody else and disgrace himself Had Castillo been given the nod in their first fight, we'd be discussing the Mayweather-Pacquiao rematch right now.
This fight is never going to happen. I was always confident that Haye and Klitschko would fight but the more I hear everyday about these two fighters the less I think they will fight. Floyd seems to have gone off the rails a touch and has lost his love for the sport. He won't officially announce his retirement, but we won't see him fight again. Pac has cut a path of distruction through a good list of fighters and if he beat Marquez then he could quite happily call it a day - without Floyd. I don't think Floyd wants it at this stage and I can see Pac being contect with what he has accomplished to bow out after beating Marquez.
I still struggle to understand how people get behind Mayweather. As a boxing fan, I like boxers who actually have some sort of hunger and ambition. He is such a waste of talent. He's done so little in recent years. :verysad
And turn his back on 50 maybe 100 million $ he could earn for just a one night fight against pac? or ignore potential fights against easy opponents where he could bag at least 20 or 30mill? Somehow I don't buy this "floyd getting tired of earning millions" logic
Floyd "losing the urge to fight" has to be as believable as him committing to make weight for the JMM fight. atsch
floyd simply does not want to get hurt. he's been saying this everytime, he wants to retire intact, he wants none of the punchdrunk, alzheimer condition to happen to him. Mosley hit him hard and floyd is afraid of the long-term effects of getting hurt. That is the reason why floyd retired instead of fighting Margarito, Cotto, PW, etc. he may beat those guys but they will give him a hard time and he does not want the long-term effects of having to battle it out with them. Pac can fight and he will hit floyd, floyd is contemplating whether the money is worth it
Get ****ed idiot. Reply to one of my posts when you add more variety to your very limited boxing knowledge.
I've seen enough of your terrible contributions to this forum to be able to call you an idiot. Ignore.
