you have decent movement and the base for a very good style. a few things you need to understand...in most instances the guys who pressure like he was cannot fight going backwards and usually do so to compensate for other short comings. you have to fight in circles. you back straight up way too much. you should limit your steps back to one or two..then circle to get an angle. you did it in spots but it has to be consistant and you have to be able to do it in both directions. the second you feel those ropes you should be circling back to the center of the ring where you can operate more efficiently. you did a great job of countering and attacking. you needed to do that from the very beginning to not allow this guy to think he can come forward freely. also, when you are done countering or attacking you have a tendency to pull back one step and stand in one spot. my suggestion...once you are done throwing use a defensive move (or two) and circle out of position to force your opponent to reset his feet. he got the best of you in that situation every single time because you allowed him to. learn to step into the pocket and smother an attack without holding. this will allow you to rest and force the ref to separate you guys to start all over. sometimes you can force your opponent backwards off of a smother to turn the tables. it can be dangerous if you don't do it properly...but if you do, boxing will become very fun. when facing a southpaw...you want to circle to your left to avoid their cross. when you get that outside foot position, look for the lead cross followed by the hook. you don't look bad for a guy with 2 fights. your coaches are doing well so far. work hard but work smart.
ATG post brilliant sound advice and some one said you wont get any help here fu cking moron to the poster your good deed is done for the day
