Its not an excuse, it is the truth... It was a banned substance by the IBF, but it was not made illegal till 2004. It could be bought over the counter and at the time, was not looked at as a performance enhancer necessarily. Its it completely excusable? no, does it mean Roy Jones was a drug cheat? Not in my opinion. Like I said in my above post, He passed every other drug test, including the two follow up tests.

Andro is a steroid, and it was banned by boxing when Roy used it against Montell Griffin.

 

Did Roy test positive against Montell Griffin? What are you basing this off of? Or did he admit to taking ripped fuel against Montell? I am in the dark here.
