Duddy is on the untelevised portion of the card only to sell tickets. Arum wants to have him fight Chavez Jr. later this year at Cowboys Stadium.

Lots of NYC/NJ guys with Irish ancestry/ They might throw in a Duddy fight for them Will sell a few more tickets, I'm sure.

I'm wondering though, I dont think New Yankee stadium has a retractable roof (I heard Yankees fans wouldnt allow it)

So it's open air. I hope they planned well, and it wont get rained out.

Duddy v Jacobs would definitely be something I would like to see. Interesting match-up.

    100% sure Juanma isn't fighting Gamboa....where the **** did you see that??lol

Juanma won't be fighting on that card period. He should tho. That would give him more hype, show him off a little more.....if I was Bob Arum, id put juanma on that card as part of the PR day.....that would be classic...

And isn't about time Humberto Soto fought someone better??

Anthony Peterson will beat Soto. Soto hasn't looked overly impressive in his last two fights. Peterson will have way too much speed, movement, and athleticism for Soto. Soto is very hittable and Peterson can crack.

I just don't see why HBO could not televised 3 fights of the caliber of the fighters on that particular fight card.

    Cotto vs Foreman
    Soto vs Peterson
Duddy vs Danny Jacobs, Fernando Guererro or Peter Quillin...Hell Ishe Smith would be a good opponent.

This is an excellent Card for an HBO telecast. But for the record...This is what totally seperates HBO from SHOWTIME. SHOWTIME would have NO problem televising a 3 fight card.
