Hand injury in what fight? the Judah fight? Did Floyd look like he hurt his hands? No! was there any reports of surgery after the fight? Not that I recall, A hand injury is not a valid arguement its part of the game, broken ribs cuts, broken hands what ever its all part of boxing.

It was clear and you know why he got the hell out of his contract with Arum, THE DE LA HOYA fight which wouldn't have happened if he was with Arum simply because BOTH promoters can't negotiate no matter what and DLH wanted that fight FAR more than Margarito. Not only because it was a better but legacy-wise and in the long run it would look FAR better, not to forget that his 5th division title. What would he get from Margarito?, as much credit as he gets for beating Gatti in the long run. Let's face it, both nearly had as much losses back then.
