Floyd wanted 14 days, Pac didnt want the extra testing at all unless mandated by the NSAC. After all the haggling back and forth, Pac agreed to 7 days. Now Floyd wants it all the way up until the fight day.

If that's not moving the goal post I dont know what is.

 

This really isn't that hard. Come next year when negotiations begin again, the only thing that needs to be agreed to is full random drug testing. Pac has said floyd can test him during the fight, so i guess he saying he ok with the no cut off date.
