Pac > Floyd. PAC doesn't need Floyd. Floyd needs Pac more. He should therefore agree to Pac's terms, otherwise, no fight.

 

The bigger issue is who gets to dictate the rules??? Should Mayweather substitute his rules and beliefs for those of the state commissions??

Each state has a boxing commission and as long as both fighters comply with their rules that's all that matters. If Floyd is so concerned about drug abuse he should quite boxing and join one of the commissions.

And quite frankly at this point in their careers Mayweather needs Manny a lot more than Manny needs Floyd. Manny's career and legacy are pretty much defined, the ONLY fight Manny really needs to consider is whether or not to fight Floyd. But Floyd's legacy is certainly going to suffer if he doesn't fight Manny, far more than is the case if Manny doesn't fight Floyd.
