...and then some currently undefeated fighters that you think you would support/like more once they were defeated. Thanks.

I'd never really paid much attention to Cotto until the Margarito fight... and my interest has increased since then.

This is a no-brainer for me personally, it's Shane Mosely all day long. He's like the antithesis of Floyd Mayweather, in that not only did he take on all comers, he took fights he seemingly had no business whatsoever making. Almost nobody was screaming for a Mosely vs Winky fight at 154, I don't even think Winky really called Shane out or anything, but it was the biggest fight available to keep busy and Shane took it. Emmanuel Steward found out he was thinking of fighting winky and called Shane up, told him a potential fight with Trinidad was the big deal on the horizon and NOT to fight Winky before that. But Shane's tough as hell and maybe more importantly, I think he believes in his himself more than Floyd did, and was and is willing to test himself against the best to prove that he IS the best. Seeing Shane lose that first fight didn't make me a bigger fan, it was watching him come back and do so much better in the rematch yet still come up just a bit short, but still closed out the 12th round trying to knock winky's head off was what did it. He lost, but he fought like a warrior. Just like his fight with Cotto, which I've scored a draw each of the 3 times I've watched it.

When the best fight the best, someone has to lose. Floyd can scream about his "0" until he's 100, and I think he was a hell of a boxer, but as a fan of the game I've enjoyed watching Mosely fight much, much more than I have Floyd. No, his record isn't unblemished, but some of those losses gave him character as a fighter.

Jermain Taylor: The kid went out on his shield like a warrior should, and then took a rematch in his next fight.

jermaine taylor, i don't have high respect for him until he was defeated. also, if mayweather has an L, i would have more respect for him. the reason for that, i don't know.

Vargas. I thought he was just a hot shot punk kid but he proved me wrong. He received a beating but gave one in return. I remember him wanting to finish the fight on his feet but he had nothing left. True warrior
