Wasn't there close to 10K in the Oracle arena when he fought Kessler? I'd expect him to draw a lot more as the s6 champion. Easy.

Kessler having more skill than Ward is ridiculous, Mikkel won maybe 2 rounds out of 12 against Ward who is more versatile, the first accidental headbutt occurred about round 6-7 and Mikkel was already down as many, he couldn't adjust, couldn't land anything and got thrashed, there have been fights where guys have been knocked down, cut, low blowed, held elbowed and rougher up but still managed to win, but Kessler couldn't adapt and find a way to win rounds let alone the fight but yet he is somehow more skilled...gtfoh..

 

Being the s6 winner and fighting an undefeated fighter in a unification fight.... I'm sure that such a fight would have double the attendance than Ward-Kessler. We'd be quite close to Bute numbers I reckon.

 

How many did he draw when he fought Bika, Johnson? Could not give tickets away. Against Kessler, the people paid to see Kessler, not Ward.

 

Bute will draw just as many or close to the amount Kessler drew. Ward will draw significantly more people as the s6 champion and winner of several marquee fights.

 

Froch loses his fair share of rounds in every big fight he's had with the exception of Abraham, Pascal, Taylor, Johnson, Dirrell & Kessler all got at least 4-5 rounds off him, Ward rarely loses rounds, is faster, better defense, better foot-work and just better in every department beside punching power...

Ward is just as hungry, just as strong and has as big a heart as Froch...Ward has been down Froch has also been down, Froch has been buzzed numerous times in this tournament against Kessler, Dirrell and Johnson, he's slow and from what I've been hearing from him he doesn't think much of Ward, definitely doesn't think Ward can hurt him, I expect Ward to put on the best performance of his career in beating the dog **** out of Froch...

Andre gets most his fights at home, leads with his head at times and causes accidental butts, he's boring, has an unappealing Nick name to some and is overly religious, but he's a gold Medalist, hasn't lost since he was a kid, he's undefeated, he's a top ten p4p fighter, he's a world champion and will be a two time champion when he wins the WBC, ring magazine and the S6 silver cup all while having made millions of dollars, Damn it must suck being Ward (NOT!!)

I've said many times Ward is a worthy favourite.And again I'm sure most Froch fans know this is a huge ask.
But to post all this stuff about excuses only suggests to me some Ward fans are realising this isn't going to be just as easy as they first thought.
If you're that sure he'll win easily,how the **** can Froch have any excuses?
Do they expect headbutts and a very close fight,hence all this "excuses" stuff?

 

You may have done, but I very much doubt that. I remember very well that when the S6 was announced there was a poll on here as to who would win, and Ward and Dirrell hardly received any votes at all.

 

Yes the ref is Steve Smoger. However, I don't mind this as Smoger might actually try to prove his neutrality by coming down hard on Ward's illegal tactics.

American judges I'm far less comfortable with though.
