Hey guys, I'm currently trying to revamp my diet.I was wondering what kind of books/nutrition plan you would recommend to follow. I'd like to really understand the subject so that I can adapt and get creative with my meals. I read "The Zone Diet" by Dr.Barry Eisler 2-3 years ago when I tried crossfit, I tried it for a couple of months as I couldn't find fault in his logic when I read it (mind you, I'm a total nutrition n00b even today). It wasn't bad, I did see improvements,but I was hungry most of the time. The big bonus is that he explained really well his train of taught so that one didn't really need to follow the menu plans at the end of the book. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a fridge most of the day, only a microwave nor do I have tons of money to spend on food. Thanks ESB, looking forward to your answers.
