Whats better than...fighting OSCAR at his natural weight or bringing him down 14 pounds two years after FMJ already beat him and claiming you beat an elite or top boxer? And once again if 145 is a legit WW fight then so is 144 and 146 where FMJ had the advantage of JMM.
my bad...you still just said that Hatton was at his best when he fought Pac as if he wasnt more highly touted when he fought floyd...thats interesting
Pacroid hey what a dick !!!!!!! Floyd did you are right about that certainly from an Oscar point of view anyway , on the Hatton one , you are wrong , Hatton was undefeated @140 in very very good shape and was as ready for Manny as he was for Floyd in his optimum weight class . What Manny Pacquiao did to Cotto , Floyd could not do , what Manny did to Hatton Floyd did not do . Manny Pacquiao jumped in the ring with a genuine world champion and a big puncher at WW having only fought a shot to peices DLH previously at that weight , Floyds debut @147 what a shot to peices blown up Lightweight Arturo Gatti , they just dont compare , i mean its not even an argument they just dont compare !!!!!!
JMM vs floyd was a welter fight. who said it was not? did floyd honor the contracted 144?:rofl he's fighting a little man who has to jump to weight classes.nut
I'm not talking about Oscar, who was clearly drained. Calling Oscar a shadow of his former self in that fight would be an insult to Oscar's shadow. Forget about Oscar. Pac has proved his worth by moving up and fighting bigger guys than himself. Not only beating them, but humiliating them. Catch weights or no catch weights, he moved up and did what he wanted. Floyd has done no such thing. As I said, I honestly believe Floyd is the best fighter of this generation. I believe if he fought Cotto, Margo, Mosley OR Pac, he would win fairly easily. But he won't because he shits himself when he thinks about his 0. If both fighters retired now, Pac will be thought of in a higher regard than Floyd, and that's because Pac has taken on the bigger challenges.
If you don't know it yet, welterweights are fights 140.1 to 147. if you happen to fight within these weights then its a welterweight fight. Cotto happens to be one of the top dogs at WW. Every non-Floyd nuthuggers will readily say it and rightfully so. Pac by the way is not a natural WW. Manny fighting Cotto is a big step up fight for Manny and only Floyd fanatics like you will not understand this.
And Floyd completly dominated a guy that gave Manny problems to the extent that there are people out there that belive that Pac lost both fights. What's your point?
Did Manny Pacquiao fight Juan Manuel Marquez twice ???? Yes of course he did , did Manny Pacquiao fight Miguel Cotto ??? yes he did . Did Floyd Mayweather fight Juan Manuel Marquez @147 ???? laughable i know but yes he did , did he or will he ever fight Cotto no he wont . Thats my point . And dont come back with Cotto is damaged goods the fight will never happen now etc etc because Floyd never had any intentions of fighting him or any other threat @147
