Rd. 4 Only. Slo motion - body shot with 1:27 left. Wow.

Do the count, Ortiz lands 18 power shots in this round.

4:41 was Ortiz's best punch of the fight. Mayweather was too confident moving to his right and met a short hook.

Ortiz was getting to him. Floyd wanted out and took the cheap road home.

yeah ortiz was definitely getting to him a bit in that round. I could have given that to ortiz before the ko. Saying taht Floyd needed to escape is going overboard tho. He was mostly dominating the fight up to that point, and he never looked in a lot of trouble . But you never know what could have happened in the later rounds. Ortiz had enough power and determination to turn things around.

Yes. And he was 14 lbs heavier. Over another few rounds that extra weight would have it's effects on Floyd. Bull**** regardless.

    *****s thought it was ass-whooping?

I rewatched it and I simply did not see any ass-whooping. Outpointing is the proper term though.

Floyd missed A LOT of his punches,He is not as sharp as he used to be...Ortiz would have had a really good chance in there,if it hasen´t been stopped the way it did..Headbutt is illegal, and it was ok to take a point off. But the stoppage was a disaster to boxing!! PERIOD!! IF ortiz had done the same thing to mayweather, after being hit with Floyds elbow all night,he would have been disqualified...Ortiz is a Mayweather referee,we saw it in the Hatton fight aswell....They have to give Ortiz a rematch,to sort things out.

Between 2:50 and 2:35 (on the HBO countdown clock) Ortiz got hit with better punches than ANYTHING he landed later in the round before the headbutt.

You might think that the 0 in 4-0 is the punch connected and I would not be surprised.
