Quintana was an underrated fighter. He had some real skills.

It reminds me of some Argentinian guy throwing the same punch with more power and putting the guy over <======== into some purgatory until he decided to come back to life minutes later. In the video he was momentarily stunned by it though.

yes, quintana and martinez are southpaws that caught williams with the same punch but one(martinez) just happened to be bigger, stronger, and probably faster.

To be fair, that was one of Pauls worst performences ever, period.... alongside what he was doing in the Cintron fight.

Good win for Quintana, and will be his best win of his career (and the fight that underlined Williams glaring weaknesses as a fighter) but Williams was quite obviously lackluster in that fight and its quite obvious. Williams was slow, lethargic, and a step behind all night..... I didnt know wtf was going on when I was watching it, thought he was severly weight drained or something.

Good win, and good boxing by Quintana, and the point stands that Paul will probably always have those weaknesses, especially against southpaws, but not really fair to point to a guys worst pro fight and think it defines who he is as a fighter, like someone previously mentioning hes suprised margo didnt knock him out. Nothing suprising about it really, he has always shown a good chin, and Marg is not a powerful one shot guy, isnt very quick, and isnt a southpaw.

Williams is a very good fighter, hes just going to have his issues with slick, fast southpaws.

But the threads video def shows Williams's weaknesses, and it is what it is. Hopefully its just a southpaw thing, because hes never really shown the same vulnerabilities vs any orthodox fighter. Then again, hes never really faced a fast, hard punching conventional fighter.... we will see how the rest of his career plays out, hopefully he rebounds well from this.

Lots to say to point the ovious...PW is not an elite fighter...he has mayor defensive flaws...againt southpaws....so he is only one side fighter..end of story
