Hi everyone Just wonderin about plyo pushups, i manage to clap while pushin myself up from the floor in a pushup position but at what speed do u need to keep up to class it as a plyo workout as its explosive workout? is the clapping motion quick enough to create the plyo excercise correctly? I just found it and thinking about using it myself [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZaGN3VhgVM[/ame] I usually just do the version of it when you get in a pushup position or arms more extended and bounce back up in down, but I'm going to try out those as well for speed. and to answer your question, when doing clap pushups, you're looking to push yourself off the ground as high as you can with as little contact on the ground as possible.
