    Hi friends,
I need some help here. I wonder what sort of plyometrics you do after ordinary boxingtraining (like what sort of groundwork). My fantasy is limited when it comes to this and would be very grateful for any ideas and tips.
I would like to hear how your trainingroutines are in this?
    All the best

i do this for 15 mins at the end of a session (when doing pylometrics as i varie between strength endurance, isometrics and pylometrics)

10 tuck jumps as high as possible with each 1
    10 press ups onto boxes
    10 burpee
    10 power overs

i then repeat for 15 minutes concentrating on getting the most out of each rep

just keep in mind that when you start a training cycle, you go from general excercises at the beginning and gradually get more and more specific to your sport as you reach your peak.

So, for plyos... you might start with regular box jumps, one-legged jumps, two-handed medicine ball throws, etc... and near fight time, you'd be doing jump-land-and-punch routines or throwing a medicine ball as if you were punching.
