Please advise me on how to improve it. and whether you think it is to much/little also what sort of increases I should be looking at / how often. twice a week Monday and Thursday's. 3 sets of each 15 clap push ups 10 medicine ball slams 10 medicine ball passes/throws 15 squat jumps bounding 15 on each leg interval sprints Thanks.
Looks okay. If you are attempting to just develop explosiveness use fully recovered rest intervals of 3 min or more.
