At the moment eubanks experience may have told but i agree when ward peaks it could be a different story..... time will tell
Very hard to really gauge Ward as he really has not fought at a high level for very long. He is definately a little faster and a better combination puncher and style wise could give Eubank problems. We really need to see how he does in this tournament to make any kind of educated decision. Eubank on the other hand is a proven quantity. Good boxing skills, awkward style, nice jab and chin of granite. He was also a much harder puncher than given credit for, if he hit you clean he hurt you or dropped you but he was terrible at finishing opponents off as he was a pure counter puncher and looked awkward when moving forward. At this time I would pick Eubank based on the fact he is more proven then again 5 years from now once Ward is more proven things could be very different. And those picking Ward by KO need to see Eubanks fights with the much bigger power punching cruiserweight Carl Thompson. Ward would need a baseball bat to KO Eubank.
