Poll: Bute vs Ward

Bute by knockout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ward will have a very difficult landing his head on Bute!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, Ward will only fight within his home town and would never allow Bute to fight in the tournament!

 

I was impressed by Bute's victory, but beating Andrade via KO is nowhere in the same realm as Andre Ward completely dominating Mikel Kessler. From what I have seen out of both of them I believe Ward would outbox Bute and avoid serious punches. I dont think Ward would dominate Bute, it would be a very good fight to watch but I see Ward getting the W in the end. I voted for a Ward decision but there is a huge possibility he would win by stoppage.

However, I will say Bute is the real deal. He just needs to start fighting ranked Americans now so we can see truly how good he is.

 

The hook to the chin was also right on the button. He dropped right away. His knees gave out from under him.

But Andrade has a great chin so he got right up.

There was no coming back from the body shot tho.

 

i'd love to see that fight.bute and ward are both pretty bad dudes.i think ,for me anyways,it would be a very entertaining fight.two very quick talented fighters with excellent boxing skills.whoever wins the super six tourney needs to fight bute to be the absolute undisputed super middle champ

The majority of the best SMW are europeans like Abraham , Kessler, Froch Balsay, Inkin or Stieglitz.

 

I think Ward would bamboozle most supermiddles, i dont think he would be there to get hit by Butes body shots

 

Huh... Librado Andrade is American and he is ranked top5 by The Ring (Top3 when they fought the first time).

I know you meant he should fight guys like Ward and Dirrell.
