I think Canelo will win a UD and we get another close fight. It will possibly be another disputed decision. These guys have shared the ring together for two fights, neither has been down in 24 rounds or seriously hurt (I don't think either has been down as a pro in any fight). I still think Canelo has suspect stamina but GGG is 40 years old and you never know if he becomes old overnight. It's possible GGG slows down enough and doesn't have the tank to outwork Canelo for 12 rounds (like he did in the first fight). All that being said, I will have money on GGG. He is almost a 4-1 underdog. That is just plain stupid given the first two fights. Again, it might be a disputed decision but I can live with it getting 4-1 on what is probably a 60/40 fight for Canelo.
GGG has good timing, and i think he wants the KO even more than Canelo. Canelo is putting up a bold front but if things start falling apart the Bivol doubts may reappear.
I would love for ggg to win, but time waits for no man and he's just too old imo. Canelo tko is my guess.
Anything can happen with the result varying in many possibilities though the one sided Canelo hate is too much around here.
GGG made a mistake in the second match by fighting while moving back when Canelo was moving forward. Sure you can say GGG was able to tag him and even hurt him later on, however he was not able to capitalize on his full power by doing so. Plus GGG needed to win each round more convincingly if he expects judges to score against Canelo
It would be poetic justice if canelo gets robbed but I can't see a forty-year-old Golovkin beating him now
I'm afraid I see a similar outcome, with the possibility of a brutal ending looming over this fight. Let's hope Canelo is not the one to knock Golovkin into retirement. I truly hope GGG can pull out one final great performance and whup this guy.
The odds are outrageous. Clenelo is moving down in weight and just got his ass kicked. His confidence is definitely thin. GGG knows this is his last chance and he’s gonna go after the stoppage. He’s retiring win, lose or draw.
