Am I missing something? Mayweather fought Hatton off his back foot most of the fight. Hurt him a few times. And KOed him off the backfoot. But Hatton aint no Chavez!!! So it means nothing!
Good post. I like Chavez better as an enertaining boxer, meaning would rather watch his fights, but Floyd is the better educated guess.
Whatever it is I must've missed it too, but I can guess it's called bias, and hate! Ppl attribute that to there judging of a fighters skills and overall ability! JCC more popular, and likeable, and PBF not so much therefore JCC would definately win. Common sense gets thrown out of the window along w/the ability to rationalize! Remember alot of guys were to big, to strong, to aggresive, and had to good a body attack for PBF to overcome or survive. Well,..he's still undefeated which speaks volumes for the haters, and ppl only looking to discredit him! A prime JCC would'nt beat him period!!
Too true. Comparing mythical match ups is so dumb IMO. It all comes down to opinion. You never know on certain nights a fighter can do some amazing things, then never do it again. Or someones styles matches up well, when didn't even think it would.
Exactly and PBF has proved them wrong time and time again remained undefeated and made it look easy and it makes them sick. Ricky's workrate and body attack too much, Oscar too big and too good. Zab too fast and too much power. I could go on and on.
You can, and he can beat everyone, and every ODD but the discrediting will never stop! They make these mythical matchups to feel better. Can't say all but we know a fair share come in just to discredit him sometimes just to feel better!:yep Some have reasoning some waste your time!
