I have no evidence to support such a claim except for the performance of Oscar itself

Just want to know what other people think

I am a pac fan to the bone

    nope.

with the beating he got, very doubtful.

especially against a former 106 pounder midget :D

No. Pac was on him like flies on ****. DLH fell victim to the smaller hungrier man, much like Antonio Tarver did when facing the rebounding Bernard Hopkins.

And if you we're going to throw a fight, that is the absolute worst way to do it. Remember that it isn't the knockouts that kill. It's the accumulation of a lot repeated ones that can make your brain hemorraghe... If I were going to throw the fight I would have crumpled at at some random punch and just pretend I was KTFO.

This was a beating, plain and simple.

If there ever was a fight thrown out by Oskie, it was the Hopkins fight. The beating-the-canvas part was overacted as it was hilarious.

    Btw, stupid thread.

You guys who believe he threw the fight are complete idiots! If he wanted to throw the fight he wouldn't have endured a whole 8 rounds of a one-sided asswhooping.

Not a stupid thread dude, just want to know the general opinion. Personally i don't believe he threw the fight, but the case that others make is that his performance was so lackluster that at times it seems he was waiting to be knocked out.

I am sure that the general opinion is that he didn't, i just want to know how many people think that he did

I'm not referring to these specific poll results, but if you cruise through various boxing forums on the internet you can find plenty of clowns who believe this to be true.
