Fury loves to give old men title shots?

    What?

Should have said Wilder loves to give old men shots, and Fury guys who aren't even ranked like Schwartz and Wallin shots.

I am looking forward to Wilder vs Fury. I'll just cringe if it goes to a decision with Fury up on normal cards 7-5.

Prime Povetkin would have a good shot of winning. Today aging and shopworn version almost certainly loses, and probably gets stopped late.

    what do you consider ranked?

because both men were ranked top 15 with at least one of the 4 orgs when fury fought them.

Whyte pushing himself into peak fitness again would KO him but we put Povetkin back a few years and he would carve Whyte up and shock him big time - like the AJ fight, birdy num num!

Strongly disagree. People were saying the same thing about Hunter vs Povetkin, that how would Hunter destroy Povetkin due to his age, but we all saw in the end Povetkin got robbed, the ref didn't count the knock down of Hunter by Pov, so it ended as a draw.

Whyte struggled against a shot Wach, he was almost going to be knocked down if Wach were a little more aggressive.

Whyte is another British hype job, Povetkin will prepare well, KTFO him and get another mandatory position for the WBC belt, to finish the unfinished business with Wilder, who will knock out Fury on February 22.

I've got Whyte in a sloppy and frustrating fight where he controls Povetkin with his jab and makes things ugly enough on the inside not to allow Povetkin to get off his combos or set his feet in the way he's used to. Close decision win in a fight that'll have people arguing, "if only Povetkin had done this or that more he'd've won..."

Ahhh yes, the cross legged stumble.. the mark of every great fighter. It's personally what I look for in a prospect coming up, if they cannot do the cross legged stumble, they have little to no future in the sport.

Hmm interesting, I’ll get a few of my Russian pals to do some digging. Surely he could get his pal Andrei to spot him a bit of cash...

Yeah but that's just normal, you don't train for the fight like that, you just finish your pint of at the pub and go win the fight.

People are all slating Whytes last 2 performances without ANY mention whatsoever with regard to where his head was at. Pending UKAD hearing and 6 months of not knowing whether your career was about to come crashing down or not might have a slight influence on your mentality, drive and focus during camp.......just saying

Povetkin is in his 40s and last few fights we saw that He is to slow and too small plus after round 6 he is out of stamina as a fighter.
Whyte is a human building with 2 legs, Povetkin is on he is way out quick and only thing whats going for him at this point is his name.

It's a great fight if it's happening, but how do you thing bookies will put down as A side?A good fight of and very winnable for a Whyte it could be Povetkin retirement fights from the big stage of boxing.
