Actually you can use that argument for the same reason that you say people can't. Some might say PAc is a better offensive fighter than Forbes, and he might have more power. Forbes is what I call a very good vet and a former champ, but he lacked power, something PAc does not lack. You have to remember, Dlh is a stationary target at times, and does not have a natural right hand. He has the size, the reach, and that jab, but Pac is an "in and out" fighter. If Dlh can somehow walk in using defense, blocking punches, which isn't his style...I'd give him a good chance. Since that isn't his style, and he is 35 coming down in weight, I give PAc a great chance to beat Dlh. Pac might find the new added weight a struggle, along with Dlh's physical advantages...but he has weighed more than 140 for a couple of fights. I won't be surprised if Dlh is ko'd by PAc. They say Pac lacks defense, but what fights are people judging him on his defense? The Morales and J.M.M fights? He came out pretty good in those fights. PAc ko in 9...

Yes ***, it is idiotic to say someone doesn't have ANY chance in a fight.

How about making a poll about it ***? Oh I forgot, polls don't mean anything here at ESB according to you... so why did you make one? :huh

But then again, you are probably and idiot to begin with, so anything coming from you is justified :thumbsup

2 many unknowns for Pac, dont kno if he is gonna carry the power he had at lower weights 2 147, nor do we know if he is gonna carry the speed. And remember putting on weight like that, and especially when you arent acustum 2 it, its gonna take some time for your body 2 fully adjust, this could b a big money fight for him but also dangerous. Cuz wat if he decides 2 go back down 2 135, he will suffer wat happened 2 RJ. So i hope he is puttin it on the right way, and allowing his body 2 adapt properly.

Good post. I would call Pac a legend if he fought and beat AM. If he fights Hatton, that will really stink for me. Pac's pockets would be filled , but I'd rather him go after greatness. If he looks good against Dlh, and I think he will, he should go after a fight with AM if AM is still big at 147. This is my wish list, and if Pac lost to AM, he would have nothing to be shamed about. I would call him an instant legend lol:good

De La Hoya wanted an easy KO and still be able to make a butt load of money while intriguing the public of the match up.

Personally, I will be quite surprised if Pacquiao makes the final bell. So no chance.

Notice that the phrase you quoted doesn't exist anymore in this thread.

    Happened to me too.

    It's magic...

Pac will never get past Oscars jab... And when Oscar lands his first big power shot, Pac will realize he made a huge mistake taking this fight.....

nooo, Pac should go nowhere near AM, stay away from him. Hatton would b a better fight 4 him, they are both small, he could mayb even have the fight at 140 which could help him out as well, take off some of that xtra weight.
Or if Floyd decides to come out of retirement that would make more money than even this fight IMO.
But he probably shouldnt go n e where near floyd either. But I would damn sure love 2 see it
