Who will win this? My prediction: if there's an honest referee who stops Dubois from using illegal headbutts, Wardley will win. But if Dubois is permitted to open cuts over Wardley's eyes like in the last fight, blinding him, then Dubois will win.
Wardley's team shouldn't have allowed him to fight Dubois again. I expect this fight to play out like Gonzalez-Rungvisai II.
I think the fight is okay. But it's too soon for Wardley, he's not fully healed. The fight should be in December.
Dubois's shaky whiskers could still be a factor here. Wardley can most definitely win this thing. Don't forget he had Dubois on the canvas - just like several other fighters, including some mediocre cruiserweight!
Boxercise Ben has engineered multiple tactical disasterclasses over the last 2 years, with each one looking more serious than the last, and it's only a matter of time before someone in his stable ends up in a bad way. I fear that this could be the fight. Wardley absorbed a sickening amount of punishment in this first fight. Unless Wardley learns how to jab and not throw right hands every 4 seconds, Dubois is going to read him and time him again, more brutally and earlier. Something like a Joyce vs Zhang 2 situation.
Dubois wins again. The only thing makes me 90% sure of another KO/TKO is Wardely's team let him take a lot of punishment in the first fight.
think we've seen wardley's ceiling against dubois. wont be shocked if its wardley's last fight if he loses. he speaks well and has a future as a pundit, no need to waste brain cells if u aren't going further in ur career. side note ben davidson needs this win more than anyone else in this fight lol. his credibility as a trainer is in the bin after the moses fight.
I think Wardley comes in a bit smarter and doesn't try to rush the KO. Dubios is far from a boxing wizard and relies a lot on fouling/roughhousing. Once Wardley takes that away and frustrates him, he'll land a few nice counters and gradually break Dubios down until he quits. Wardley KO 10.
