    this would be a hell of a fight, but i've got rigondeaux by late TKO. the guy is just too fast, too smart, too accurate. truly a special fighter.

    a fight with poonsawat would be 12x3 mins rounds not 4x2 as they did in the olympics, poonsawat is a lot better than a seasoned veteran.
    im not saying rigondeaux isnt an expceptional talent or wont be a world champion, just in my opinion he wouldnt beat poonsawat at this stage in his career...

    In fairness Rigondeaux might be the best amatuer of all time but that does not mean he is going to carry it through to the pro ranks. Rogondeaux has not been tested at the top level so I can't say how good he is going to become. Ask this question in 18 months time perhaps.

    I would say Rigondeaux by close but clear UD.

    Poonsawat's no joke and I don't think Rigondeaux sparks him like he's done to his last 5 victims.
