A very Solid chin. Especially since that man was taking on some big hitters during that time.

 

Its difficult to tell.

I would definately say they have decent chin but the stats don't really tell the whole story.

Put it this way.

Either Johnson had a solid chin or he was in a class of his own at not getting hit on it.

 

The one knockdown was to a small but hard hitting middleweight. Who seconds afterwards Johnson knocked out.

 

Can't tell just by looking at stats and numbers. Roy Jones managed to go a long time without getting KO'd too. You'd need to see who the fighter fought, who hit him, and how he actually reacted to being hit.

 

Precisely why Jones had a good chin.

 

I tend to second this view.

Johnson was one of the toughest to land a glove on. He was the epitome of elusive.
