    I think both, I beleive Pac is juicing (I believe waaayyy more boxers and atheletes do than we think), but I also beleive Floyd is scared.

    his actions at the negotiations was suspect. every boxing fan knows hgh can disappear in 19 hours. pac is either frauding the public, or he really is afraid of needles
