    I'm going with Taylor by decision.

    I was really 50/50 for a while if Taylor wins by TKO/KO or decision but I think Ramirez has enough about him to tough out the 12 rounds.

    Taylor by ko later rounds. As fight wears on Taylors class will begin to show as he breaks down Ramierez.
