I love how Ortiz is all of a sudden the same calibre of scalp as Klitschko just based on age lol. Joshua wipes the floor with Wilder in a quick one sided beat down. Wilder starts too cautious and you just can't do that with AJ cause you'll be overwhelmed early like every other opponent. 15 stone little ass gonna get bent over and sent back too Alabama last nights fight made me more confident than ever now. Parker is officially a tougher fight in my eyes now.
Wilder can knock Joshua out. So i wouldnt rule out a Wilder win but my money, my life goes on Joshua cuz he is better at every single thing. Wilders jab is poor not great as some people like to say and his stamina isnt that great either.
Joshua smashes him. He has less of a height advantage, and Joshua is not gonna back down. Only person backing down in that fight is Wilder. Don't understand why everyone is going crazy over some dude coming in lighter, still getting outboxed and almost being beat by an old man....
I just feel Wilder will land the big one first, lights out for Joshua IMO. I wouldn't be surprised to see Wilder put to sleep either, it's a pick-em IMO.
Joshua by decapitation. Wilder's bambi legs could hardly stand up to non-puncher Ortiz. AJ would have killed him in that 7th round.
AJ by a mile. I predict a late round stoppage. Wilder has a chin, as we know from last night, and he has the right hand to finish almost every thing even from an unreal position / losing position. Ortiz was superior last night, the better fighter overall. Wilder lacks of everything apart those two things i mentioned (solid chin, right hand). This is too weak for a allrounder like AJ. AJ is prob the most complete fighter these days if we exclude Tyson Fury and one level above Wilder and his skills. No way Wilder will win this.
Relieved that last night Wilder came through. AJ is a much more difficult opponent for Wilder than Ortiz, I predict AJ stops Wilder early. AJ just has too many advantages on Wilder, better footwork, better boxing ability and of course his size. None the less, it's definitely the fight we all want to see.
I still favour Joshua but if Wilder hurts him like Whyte and Wlad managed to do he's getting finished.
A lot of positves from Wilder, yes he has heart, a good engine, a better chin than we believed and power that carrys through the rounds plus he is massively unorthdox and awkward. Negatives...he lacks techincal ability, he is open and lets not forget Ortiz was not prime or should we say Ortiz was not on the gear. Look at him body for the Jennings fight and then for this one, huge difference.
I guess it stating the obvious but the one area to date that Wilder has proven better than AJ is that he does not gas, but on all other levels AJ has the beating/matching of Wilder. So if AJ and his trainers address that ( HINT: fight fit not bodybuilder fit) then AJ wins, if however AJ continues his muscle building then Wilder wins in later rounds.
Got to go with Wilder after that. His destruction of Ortiz has converted me. AJ cannot stay away from that big right for long, and when it lands it’s good night Vienna. AJ is the better boxer and will likely win most of the rounds until he gets caught. Wilder is a wrecking machine.
