Art aragon had some big fights and a title shot at welter(Basillio) but he was probably better at lightweight he had a lot of good wins in his career over good names Jimmy Carter,Enrique Bolanos,Lauro Salas,Chuck Davey,Don Jordon,Carlos Chavez,Fabela Chavez,Mario Trigo,Cisco Andrade,Chico Vejar,Teddy Davis,Johnny Gonsalves,Jesse Flores among other fighters a true star in boxings golden era the original "Golden Boy"

Mando Ramos although winning a title was one of the biggest wasted talents ever, many experts say he would have easily been a great one had he not had his demons outside the ring, good enough to have won title fights despite reportdley getting loaded the night before. He was huge on the West Coast on he also had some very good wins Sugar Ramos,Teo Cruz,Raul Rojas,Yoshiaki Numata,Hiroshi Koyabashi,Ruben Navarro,Frankie Crawford.

    Who wins this fight?

I would go with Art...Bolanos is a quality win...as are his other wins.

    However. Mando was a monster.

It depends which Mando shows up? A prime Mando could win.

Yey this is a good matchup however i might lean toward Aragon, Ramos best years was when he was still a kid 19,20 years old and although a brilliant boxer puncher hed be fighting a super experienced Aragon who fought some of the greats of his era, Dont know if Ramos would bring any difficulties that Aragon hadnt encountered already.

I think i might lean towards Aragon but id have to see more film of him the only film ive seen is his fight with Carmen Basillio. Ramos might havebeen a little more talented but im leaning towards Art here. He might win on cuts but probably takes a close decision. Not sure on this though??
