Augustus did bloody Floyd's nose, but he got the **** beaten out of him and I struggled to find a round to give to him.

    Castiilo by far.

Not really. Augustus and Chavez made him work harder. Hoya was the only one to convince a judge that he beat Mayweather. I would agree though that Castillo gave him his hardest fight.

Castillo fight easy. Judah and Hoya were both past prime and still gave him fits.

Of course PBF said that...you think someone as cocky as Floyd would really admit who made him work the hardest? Have you seen the fight? It didn't look all that tough to me. PBF saying Augustus was his toughest fight is just PBF being PBF...if you believe that what he really thinks, then I've got a bridge to sell you.

I actually believe Hatton was his hardest fight. He did get hit and he was constantly pressured not an easy fight by any stretch.

I'd say Castillo 1 aswell. I don't think Mayweather expected it, whether he was injured or not. I still think Mayweather did enough to win, even more so if you watch the bout without sound.

That was the first time that Mayweather ever got buzzed.

I remember thinking Chavez was giving him a reallly hard fight up until he retired. Never seen the Hernandez fight.

    Has to be Castillo 1.

De la Hoya - he was more than 10 pounds heavier. Floyd came to the ring as a welterweight. That was some challenge.

Floyd's toughest fight has been against his own cowardice, and it's a fight he is still losing.

DLH or Castillo 1. Technically it should be DLH considering the circumstances around the fight and the fact that Floyd had to dig deep and pull out a win in a fight he was losing to most, and of course his slimmest winning margin. But I think Castillo 1 is the obvious choice. It def says something about a fighter when their toughest fight is one they won by clear UD and barely took "punishment".

Are you asking what was his hardest fight on paper or which fighter pushed him the hardest?

Catillo was the toughest Augustus gave him alot of problems Judah proved difficult for a little while Hatton limited him mauled him grappled made it a tough match and close on cards Oscar was a test when he hit the body and jabbed but he lost by a good margin. Corley got in a few nice shots but thats about it
