    Im gonna quote another post on another thread(I forgot who the post was)" Leonard had 15 rounds to change his fight plan and didnt"
    Also one other thing for as great as Pac is Leonard was bigger,even faster,hit at least as hard and also had a great chin himself. I picked Duran by a close comfortable decision earlier,but I think I will change that to a mid to late rounds ko for Duran in a fight that would go down with all the best ever.

    Should have done a poll at lightweight or jr. welter. Pac's never weighed in at 147.

    He didn't WANT to change his fight plan. Duran's dirtbag remarks about SRL's wife made him too emotional, and he wanted to beat him at his own game. When he fought his own fight he smoked Duran like he was nothing.

    You are right I should have,cause id like to find out what Clowns picked Pac by ko. I mean i can respect someone elses opinion for Pac by decision but a Ko would be out the question. I believe these are just *******s trying to get some reaction here.

    Thats because Ray was taken out of his game and he coulnt recover from that..but you know what? that fight was still a very very close fight, only in hindsight does it look like a blowout.

    I dont know if Leonard was faster at WW? I really dont. How is Duran knocking out PAcquaio when you have a true WW powerful puncher like Cotto hitting him flush and hes "testing" him. Duran didnt punch harder than Cotto at WW. Lets not get carried away...Duran wins whatever but he aint Koing PAC based on what Ive seen

    Pac has looked superb in his only 2 WWT fights vs DLH & Cotto, no doubt about it....

    Everyone that voted for Pac should go watch 2 specific Duran WWT fights, Palomino & Ray Leonard.... then try come back to me & say that Manny could beat Duran, Im not biased for old fighters, Ive just turned 30 ****in yrs old, I have massive respect for quite a few fighters of my own time but reality is what it is, Duran would beat the **** outta Manny, this should not even be disputed.

    If Pac can beat FMJ, then we can talk, until then ?.... see above.

    As long as you weigh between 140 & 147, its still a legit WWT fight, in other words you can win a WWT world title as Manny did vs Cotto.

    :nono Although Durans power diminished at welter compared to lightweight he still hit at least as Hard as Cotto,and i just dont see Pac seriously hurting Duran the way he did Cotto. Which in turn would mean Duran would continue to relentlessly attack Pacman,if they went toe to toe Duran would get the better of this one,if pac boxed he would do better but i think Duran would still get the edge. Pac is very fast but id say Leonard was probably at least as fast not to mention bigger. While Pac showed a great chin against Cotto I am sure he could not take the shots that Leonard did against Hearns so Leonard even gets the edge in the chin department. Remember Duran hurt Leonard and rocked him bad in the 2nd,and Pac would get hit more than Leonard did.

    This is not being disrespectful to Manny at all but any fighter that can beat a peak SRL will not have too many problems vs Manny.

    This is the truth of it TBH.

    Come on:patsch Pac is a legit Welter and shouldnt be demanding anymore catchweight bouts,but hey It doesnt matter cause Duran came in at 145 against Leonard in the first fight so however way you wanna look at it Duran wins. Im also more convinced that Duran would Ko him at 135 or 140 as his power was even more impressive and Pacs chin didnt seem as good as it is at Welter.

    See Im not convinced about the toe to toe. As Manny Steward says...Pac is the only fighter he can remember that can awkwardly launch a rocket from any direction. Thats Pacs skill.

    I know Duran can pressure but hes still a very textbook puncher. Actually the analysis is if Duran boxed intelligently (which hes capable of doing) he may win clearly. Its when he decides to get into exchanges is when PAc can get a couple of shots undetected. A guy like Pryor is someone that might get Koed, a guy who throws perpetually but has no angles also not as fast.

    And again dont get carried away, Duran has a tough beard but he was kd
    by De jesus...PAc can knock him down..

    Please dont get carried away either way.. Right now as it stands Duran is top 5 ATG Pacs inside 20 (from boxing people) Im not debating that and Im even saying yes Duran would be favored..Im just trying to be objective.

    Again hypothetical, you dont know that for sure..You can make assumptions..sure Douglas had no shot against Tyson

    I know but after seeing PAC fight Cotto who was expected to beat him coz he was MUCH BIGGER AND STORNGER. PAC has a fighting chance!

    If PAC beats PBF defenitely it's no brainer than PAC can beat Duran. I'm not really a fan of fantasy poll coz even if the poll says Duran beats PAC OR Pac BEATS duran in 3 rounds or something.

    IT NEVER HAPPENED! It's just a product of imagination!

    Even if Pac were to beat Mayweather,a Mayweather win is still not as impressive as a Leonard win. Do you think Mayweather is as good or better than Leonard?? Hed have to beat Mayweather and Mosley to equate to a Leonard victory.

    Hey Chimba,you also forget that Dejesus was a big puncher himself and Duran shook it off. I think Pac with,the way he can throw shots from amazing angles could possibly score a knockdown,but Im sure Duran would be able to shake it off.For the exception of the Hearns fight ive seen Duran shake of bombs against bigger stronger fighters than Pac and just dont see him hurting Duran. Surprise flash knockdown maybe. In danger of being kod no way.
