Poll: Prime Marco Barrera('01) vs Manny Pacquiao('03) @ 122/126

Barrera did much better in fight 2 and i wonder if maybe on just a better day if Barrera at his best could beat Manny

i dont know, Barrera is a tough customer and for being a warrior can box

but Manny just to me is a bad match up

 

barrera wasn't at his best when they first fought. On the 2nd fight, manny trained about 6weeks and was weight drained.

 

So many fight fans refuse to acknowleadge Pac-Barrera 2 for what it was........MAB crossing the finish line because he was in survival mode.


It does'nt even take the best version of Pacquiao to beat a MAB who is at his absolute peak as a fighter.

You have to have more than just a jab/lefthook to begin to diffuse Pacquiao and MAB simply does not.

Pac would still TKO him. Pac is the perfect style match up for MAB. He was able to do as he pleased with him really. MAB cannot deal with THAT TYPE of speed.

 

he can be 100x focused and still lose to pacquiao if he cant adapt to his style.
