Poll: Spence vs Pacquiao

Spence knocks him out the same way Hearns knocked out Duran.

 

Spence did not look fast against Brook, did not really show much power. Pac moves much better, is quicker, hits much harder, harder to hit, have to see the Horn fight before making a final decision, but right now I give Pac the edge...............

 

nah, spence doesnt have the benefit of 40+ rds to try and find the shot.

 

Pac is too old and Spence is too big. He would press him, bust his guts up, lean on him , tire him out and drop that hammer. It would be just a matter of time.

 

Spence never fought type of pac's caliber, based on Spence fight with brook, Spence is not that fast and strong and he get hit a lot, I give the edge to pac now

 

With the way Pac's side has been cherry-picking lately, I don't believe they are going to make this fight. But, for now, Bradley III version of Pac would beat Spence, as I see it. He has economical style, where he would just defend himself with rare counter-punches for 2/3 of the round, and then going to hunt during the final minute.

If Pacquiao's speed is still there, then Spence would have troubles finding his range and defending himself against Pac's attacks.

 

i totally agree about the range part, spence shines when he has time to set and is within range, lucky for him that his set up is seamless as he transitions from defense to offense,but i dont think pac will allow him to set up like others have done. also, one of spences major weapons is his quick jab, and many has taken the jab away from some damn good fighters.

 

I picked Spence, but truly, this. He did not look invincible to me in there last night.

 

I concur, after that fight with Brook he's going to be better , Long live the King.

 

All depends what Manny has left.

 

It's hard to look invincible against the Brook that ES fought. That version of Brook beats all but a few Welters.

 

38 year old man fighting at welterweight at least 2 divisions higher than his prime against a world class 27 seven year old champion. Spence by knockout, brutally, thankfully though Manny's management is too smart to let it happen, that's why he's fighting Horn
