Loma jumped right back into a unification match up against the way bigger highly skilled two-weight world champion Pedraza for his first fight back after undergoing shoulder surgery even though he wasn't close to being 100%. Pedraza is a beast.

And now he's facing the way bigger Nakatani for his first fight back after his second surgery, Nakatani obviously pushed Teofimo right down to the wire and gave him hell

He fought Pedraza seven months after his first surgery and is fighting Nakatani eight months after his second one

Listen to what Ward who, like Loma, has also undergone shoulder surgery says here

Even Pedraza said that Loma was coming back too soon after shoulder surgery

Loma's surgeon strongly advised him not to return so soon

Most fighters want a tune-up fight against an easier lower level opponent after suffering an injury as serious as that and undergoing that type of surgery in order to test their shoulder out in case anything goes wrong and they reinjure it during the fight

Ward fought Edwin Rodriguez for his first fight back after surgery and that was like 10 months after surgery

Jarrett Hurd fought domestic level Jason Welborn for his first fight back after surgery

Loma fought 25-1 Pedraza and is facing 19-1 Nakatani and as said both hold huge physical advantages over him and are much heavier than him. It's very risky on his part but very few have come straight out of the gate taking risks like he does

You somehow got it in your head that I'm a Lomasexual and took exception to whatever I posted, which is weird because it's the opposite of hyping Lomachenko when I said I'm surprised many people are picking Lomachenko to TKO Nakatani.

    You're having a bad day.

Yeah people should respect the fact he's not looking for easy touches coming back from serious injury and surgery, quite the opposite in fact.

The closer the fight gets the greater the excitement builds.

Once more right after shoulder surgery Loma jumps right back against a high-level opponent, unique amongst fighters coming back from such surgery, and only the second non-title bout of his pro career. High respect to him.

Hopefully his shoulder is fully healed and we get to see Loma unleash his full arsenal, unlike his fight vs Pedraza where he fought extremely cautiously.

This fight will tell alot about wbere exactly Loma stands. Will we see the Matrix full blown, or will injuries have slowed him to the level of ordinary, or perhaps some mixed iteration thereof.

I for one would like to see Loma at or near the top of his game as their exists no greater display of the sweet science as when the Matrix is fully operative.

Don't worry yourself Loma is still p4p in the eyes of the gods. If he lost to Teo, it was by one round maximum. He fights two weight divisions above his own and makes HOFers quit on their stool. Salado didn't even make weight for their fight, punched Loma in the nuts the entire fight, and still almost got stopped until the ref saved his corrupt ass.

Noone steps up to fight the best like Loma. He does the exact opposite of Floyd and is so much better it is not worth arguing. There will be a demographic who disagree, but there is a large degree of irrational thought on this forum.

Big announcement! Fans of the great man can now book a holiday in his new sports hotel: Loma Club Hotel. The hotel complex is located in the beautiful resort village of Zatoka, Odessa region.

Zakota village is a famous center of tourism, relaxation and recreation in Ukraine, located 60 km south-west of Odessa. The beaches of the Zatoka resort are located along the entire spit dividing the Black Sea and the Dniester estuary. The beaches are wide and sandy.

Everyone is welcome except Clenelo fans but do not fear there are plenty of alternatives available for you undesirables to cater for your needs. I hear the cuisine is top of the range at the Canelo Corruption Central Catchweight Caravan Park. I have it on very good authority that their speciality dish: The Mexican Meat is to die for.

A new interview with Vasyl Lomachenko released exclusively on @lomus_official and YouTube Loma Official TV, during which @lomachenkovasiliy answered all questions from @wkobelkov about sports, his fight against Nakatani, life, business and future plans. Don’t miss!!
