    Why even start up a thread like this..? This is like asking who's the blackest fighter of the two. It seems like the thread starter needs reassurance that Ortiz is a powerful puncher.

    I'm giving ortiz only 10% chance of winning. Not much but if mayweather is ill prepared who knows he could upset mayweather.

    Ortiz hit harder but he wont be able to hit Mayweather, but Floyd will have no problem hitting Ortiz all night!!!

    When has Ortiz shown power at the top level.

    In fact at the top level he has looked pretty limited and beating Berto is the only decent performance he has shown.

    Floyd will stop Ortiz without too much trouble and afterwards we will not hear much more from Ortiz.

    Ortiz has kncoked down every fighter he's fought as a pro. Mayweather has scored 1 knock out victory in 6 years, and that was after pulling Hatton up in weight. Tough one.
